Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• One year hospital experience in a mental health role within the past three years, or three years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver patient care per unit assignments.
• Establish therapeutic relationships and provide education to patients and families.
• Provide trauma-informed care, using de-escalation and safety techniques as needed.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
• Serve as a resource on diagnoses, behavior plans, relationship-based care, and crisis management.
