Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH is seeking a Weekend Overnight Care team member to provide basic supportive and trauma‑informed care under RN supervision. You will establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families, ensure safety, and collaborate with the inter­disciplinary team.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Certifications such as BLS, TCI, and First Aid are required within 90 days of hire.

• Bachelor's in psychology, social work, or related field; required.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Participates with the interdisciplinary team in specialized patient care.
• Cares for patient assignment as delegated and maintains safety through de-escalation.
• Establishes therapeutic relationships with patients and families; provides trauma-informed care and education.
• Collaborates with other professionals to develop treatment plans and acts as a resource on diagnoses and behavior plans.
