The Behavioral Health Services Director is responsible for the primary direction and supervision of Bridgeway’s Outpatient services and personnel in all locations and areas served. This role provides leadership and consultation across all areas of Behavioral Health Services. Reports regularly to the Behavioral Health Administrator and Vice President of Behavioral Health Services on the progress of the services/programs, as well as matters of agency liability, program expansion, and other significant matters.

Supervisory Responsibilities: All outpatient services staff, including but not limited to Substance Use, Outpatient Therapy, and the First Episode Psychosis Program.
Minimum requirements include a Master's degree (MA or MSW) in psychology, social work, or a related human service field; being a licensed professional counselor (LPC) working toward clinical licensure or a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC), a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), or a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT). Must have a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience. Must have a valid driver’s license, a good driving history, meet driver insurability requirements, and reliable transportation. Employment with Bridgeway is conditional upon completion of all background checks.
