Mercy is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support Behavioral Health at Mercy St. Louis. The role covers planning, coordinating, and evaluating patient care, serving as a clinical resource, and stepping in as staff nurse when needed.

The department operates full-time with a Monday to Wednesday 10am–10pm shift and every other Thursday for 8 hours. Mercy offers comprehensive benefits from day one, sign-on bonuses up to $10,000, education assistance, and retirement plans.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Active RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• 2 years' patient care experience required; supervisor experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or completion within 30 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Assists in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the Behavioral Health department.
• Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed and assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager.
