Job summary

Mercy Behavioral Health in Missouri seeks a Registered Nurse to support the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of patient care. The role acts as a clinical resource, may function as a staff nurse when needed, and may assume delegated managerial duties.

The full-time schedule is Mon-Wed 10am-10pm with every other Thursday. Mercy offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, Stay Premium pay, education assistance, day-one benefits, retirement matching and PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Licensure: current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• 2 years' experience in patient care is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or course completion within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas.
• Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed.
• Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager.
