Acadia Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses for Maple Heights Behavioral Health in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Multiple shifts available including full-time, part-time and PRN, with bonuses for full-time roles. Competitive hourly rates and shift differentials apply to experience.

The facility is a 120-bed inpatient behavioral health hospital offering comprehensive patient care with a wide-range benefits and earnings potential through day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license as required by state of employment.
• One year of nursing experience; psychiatric/behavioral experience a plus.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training provided).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients' physical and behavioral health needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and educate patients and families about conditions.
• Administer medications per orders and document counts of controlled substances.
• Treat patients with professional boundaries and coordinate unit activities.
