Job summary

NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals in Indiana is expanding its nurse team, adding Registered Nurses for DAY shifts to provide life changing care to patients with behavioral and mental health needs. Shifts are 12 hours from 7:00 to 7:00 with rotating weekends.

We offer competitive pay, with new hourly rates $40-$45, plus a $5 night differential, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments. Benefits include medical/dental/vision after 30 days, a 401(k) with company match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
• Must have a valid Indiana RN license.
• One year of mental/behavioral, med-surg, or related nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, evaluates and documents patient care.
• Assesses patient needs and implements individualized plans.
• Maintains effective relations with other shifts and departments.
• Participates in education, records maintenance and skills of personnel.
