Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an experienced RN for its Behavioral Health Hospital in Scottsdale. You will assess, plan, and deliver patient care across adolescent and adult populations on the night shift, 7:00pm–7:30am, with a rotating weekend/holiday schedule.

A $15,000 sign-on incentive is available for qualified candidates and comprehensive Total Rewards programs accompany this role. The role emphasizes crisis intervention, patient safety, and collaborative care within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in acute care or behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care per policy.
• Develop and coordinate care plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide direct patient care on the night shift (7:00pm–7:30am).
• Communicate patient status clearly to care teammates and families.
