Job summary

El Dorado Springs Behavioral Health, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Behavioral Health RN for full-time night shifts (3x12, 7p–7:30a) with some weekend coverage in Tucson, AZ. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified applicants.

The role emphasizes assessment, leadership, and ensuring high-quality patient care within a supportive team. Arizona RN licensure and BLS are required, with De-escalation training or within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS certification required.
• De-escalation certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Arizona or compact multi-state RN license.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and plan care within set timeframes and document findings according to policies.
• Demonstrates leadership through duties that may include delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etc.
• Oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered.
• RN will follow hospital policy for medication administration.
