AdventHealth Shawnee Mission is hiring a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse for night shifts. The RN will assess, plan, and implement care, administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an RN license, preferably with BSN, and nurses with acute care experience. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates, with comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the applicable state required.
• One year of acute care nursing experience preferred.
• BSN preferred and licensure up to date.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive patient assessments and plans care.

• Educates patients and families on diagnoses and care plans.
