Job summary

Banner Behavioral Health Hospital in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring RNs for a full-time Night shift (7:00pm–7:30am) to support adolescent behavioral health patients. It offers a $15,000 sign-on incentive with a 2-year commitment and a rotating weekend/holiday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area is desired, especially in acute care hospital settings.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or equivalent is required for certain Banner units.
• In Home Health settings: ability to operate a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and discharge planning.
• Formulate and update care plans in collaboration with the health team.
• Implement and supervise nursing care per physician orders.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Document care and patient responses accurately in the record.
• Contribute to quality improvement and staff orientation.
