Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
• Familiar with nursing process, patient assessment, and documentation.
• CPR/BCLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Assess patients, document findings, and report changes to the team.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans with the team.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in CPR/Code team activities.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and post-discharge care.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Document care promptly and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
