Job summary

St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport is seeking a Behavioral Health RN for the 3rd shift (11pm–7:30am) with every other weekend and some holidays. You will provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients and participate in bio-psychosocial assessments and treatment planning.

Qualifications

• ASN required.
• CT Department of Public Health RN license before hire date.
• BLS provider credential from AHA or Red Cross within 60 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care to behavioral health patients.
• Performs initial and ongoing bio-psychosocial assessments.
• Participates in treatment team conferences and plans.
• Implements nursing plan of care and co-leads group therapy sessions.
