Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing for Registered Nurses.
• Current RN license in Massachusetts.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing care to Behavioral Health patients.
• Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Emergency Care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient needs using professional judgment.
• Plan and communicate individualized care plans with the team.
• Provide individualized care and de-escalation as needed.
• Evaluate patient response and adjust plans accordingly.
• Prioritize tasks in emergency situations and manage resources.
