Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Marlborough seeks a dedicated behavioral health nurse aide to join the inpatient/outpatient mental health team. You will provide direct patient care, document progress, support safety checks, and participate in group activities.

The position is full-time, Non-Exempt, with a night shift schedule (10:45 PM–7:15 AM), 24 hours per week. A signing bonus may be offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years' behavioral health experience required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) or Heart Saver certification required within one month.

Responsibilities

• Participates in Mental Health Team and supports patients, families, and staff.
• Performs patient safety checks and maintains a safe environment.
• Documents progress notes and follows the treatment plan under supervision.
