Job summary

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Behavioral Health for night shifts in Framingham, MA. This ongoing staff position involves direct clinical care with a focus on safety and quality, including coordination of patient care and supervision of assigned staff.

Requirements include a state-approved nursing degree and current license, CPR, and a preference for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing. A sign-on bonus of up to $30,000 is available based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
• Certification: Currently licensed to practice nursing as required by law.
• CPR certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care.
• Assess, plan, implement direct clinical care per shift for assigned patients.
• Supervise staff delivering care as delegated.
• Support CNO to ensure high quality, safe nursing care and resource management.
• Coordinate and integrate patient care based on the nursing process.
• Direct care according to established safety standards and infection control policies.
• Coordinate and plan patient care within prescribed medical regimes.
• Fulfill HICS responsibilities during emergencies or disasters.
