Job summary

Community Health Systems is seeking a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts in Key West, FL. This role provides patient-centered nursing care, coordinates with physicians and the care team, administers medications, and supports families throughout the patient journey.

You will perform assessments, document findings, and participate in life-saving interventions as needed while adhering to safety protocols and organizational policies. A $10K sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required (state or compact)
• BCLS certification required
• ACLs/PALS preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Assess patients, document findings, and report changes to care team.
• Administer medications and monitor adverse reactions.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
