Qualifications

• Current RN licensure from the State of Oklahoma required.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS required and ACLS required.
• Two years' experience in acute care nursing; supervisory experience preferred.
• Leads patient-centered care delivery and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Assume shift responsibility for planning and provision of nursing care.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary team members to achieve safe outcomes.
• Take a patient load and oversee care delivery.
• Provide leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Supervise employees and support performance reviews.
• Demonstrate professionalism and service excellence at all times.
