Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate independent care within the clinical specialty.
• Serve as a clinical resource for others and apply evidence to practice.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and coordinate care.
• Demonstrate safe, timely, and patient-centered care aligned with standards.
• Contribute to staff development, orientation, and unit governance.
• Participate in nurse safety, quality measures, and tracer activities.
