Responsibilities include clinical practice, quality and safety initiatives, and participation in staff development. Requires Maryland RN licensure, over 12 months nursing experience, BLS, and unit-specific certifications (PALS, ACLS, NRP).

Qualifikationen

• Maryland RN licensure or eligibility to practice.
• More than 12 months nursing experience.
• Current AHA BLS certification required.
• Must meet unit-specific certifications: PALS, ACLS, NRP.

• Provide and coordinate independent care within a clinical specialty as part of the care team.
• Serve as a clinical resource for others and apply evidence to practice.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and coordinate care; advocate for patient/family needs.
• Contribute to unit goals and maintain service standards and nursing mission.
• Participate in unit-based staff development and precept/coach new nurses and students.
• Engage in activities to develop own practice and support continual professional growth.
