BayCare Health System is hiring a Behavioral Health Pool RN for Morton Plant North Bay Recovery Center in Lutz, FL. Candidates should be experienced in nursing with an emphasis on providing compassionate care. Responsibilities include independently caring for patients and delegating tasks to team members. Behavioral Health Clinical Nurse Department Pool I Responsibilities

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Professional accountability and development.

Position Details

• Facility: Morton Plant North Bay Recovery Center
• Location: Lutz, FL
• Status: Pool
• Non‑Exempt: No
• Schedule: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
• Shift: Days
• Weekend Work: Occasional
• On Call: No

Required Certifications and Licensures

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RN (Registered Nurse)
• Nurse Specialty – preferred

Education

• Required Associate's or Diploma in Nursing
• Preferred Bachelor's in Nursing

Experience

• Required 2 years RN experience in an Acute Care Setting
