Job summary
Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Behavioral Health Adult Male Floor. This full-time day shift role runs 7:00 am–7:30 pm with rotating weekends, and involves patient care, education, and support for mental and medical conditions.
You will document histories, assist with diagnostics, administer treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
Qualifications
- Must hold a current and valid State license as a Registered Nurse.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients on the Behavioral Health unit, educate patients and families, and support emotional well‑being.
- Record histories, assist with diagnostics, operate equipment, administer treatments and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and coordinate care.
