Job summary
Humboldt Park Health in Chicago, IL seeks an RN Clinical Coordinator to support behavioral health nursing leadership. This full-time, on-site role schedules 12:00pm-8:30pm or 1:00pm-9:30pm with every other weekend.
You will provide clinical guidance, conduct audits, mentor frontline staff, and help ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance across the unit.

Qualifications
- Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
- Current IL RN license, BLS and ACLS certification.
- CPI certification within 6 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and operational support to Behavioral Health leadership.
- Guide clinical staff on patient care, documentation, safety, and practices.
- Ensure a safe, trauma-informed environment aligned with Behavioral Health standards.
- Monitor audits and compliance with safety, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with onboarding and ongoing education for nurses and support staff.
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure coordinated patient care.
