Job summary

Humboldt Park Health seeks an experienced RN to supervise the night shift in a full-time role. You will coordinate nursing services, participate in training and staff evaluation, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care within a 200-bed facility in Chicago.

An Illinois RN license and BLS certification are required, with ADN as minimum education and BSN preferred. The role offers a competitive $100,000–$120,000 annual salary and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of similar nursing experience required.
• 5+ years of similar nursing experience preferred.
• ADN required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in orientation, training, supervision and evaluation of nursing personnel assigned to the night shift.
• Confers with Medical staff and other departments to coordinate activities concerning nursing service.
• Makes rounds, visits patients, and observes quality of patient care; reviews care plans and counsels staff.
