Job summary

Qualifications

• ADN required for nursing practice.
• ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• BLS or CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' conditions through direct observation and data input.
• Coordinate bed and patient care assignments across shifts.
• Document care and communicate with physicians and team members.
• Lead and supervise unit staff to ensure safety and infection control.
