BayCare Health Systems is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health RN for North Bay Recovery Center in Lutz, FL. This full-time, 36 hours/week role operates days with a rotating weekend schedule.

On-site position requiring BLS and RN licensure, with at least 2 years of RN experience and nursing professionalism emphasized. The Clinical Nurse II Is Responsible For

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Professional accountability and development.
• The Clinical Nurse II performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
