Job summary

BayCare Health System seeks a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join BayCare Life Management in Tampa, FL. You will provide individual, group, and family counseling; perform clinical assessments; participate in crisis support; supervise clinical staff as assigned; and travel to various sites as required.

Applicants must hold LMFT/LMHC/LCSW, a Master’s degree, and BLS, with at least two years of mental health experience.

Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Health Education, Human Services, Nursing or Related Field.
• LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health) or LCSW (Social Work) - Required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification and Driver's License.
• 2+ years Mental Health, Counseling, Substance Abuse or Psychology experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing solution-focused behavioral health treatment through individual, group and family counseling.
• Providing clinical impressions and assessments.
• Performing crisis support and services as needed.
• Functioning as Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts where applicable.
• Overseeing clinical staff as assigned.
• Traveling to various sites as required.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

The Behavioral Health Therapist II is responsible for:

• Providing solution focused behavioral health treatment through the use of individual, group and family counseling.
• Providing clinical impression and assessment.
• Performing crisis support and services as needed.
• Functioning as Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as applicable.
• Overseeing clinical staff as assigned.
• Traveling to various sites, as specific program requires.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
