CVS Health seeks a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to coordinate admissions for out-of-home services. You will liaise across utilization management teams, residential providers, and care management staff to ensure timely access to appropriate treatment settings.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with provider networks and multidisciplinary teams. Full-time role based in Arizona with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health, utilization management, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within the assigned region.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate residential treatment facility referrals and admissions for members.
• Identify clinically appropriate participating residential providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage referrals, track responses, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes and providers to ensure timely submission of information.
• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to minimize delays.
• Serve as primary contact for providers and internal stakeholders.
