Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Arizona behavioral health system, network ops, and community resources.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment referrals and admissions for out-of-home behavioral health care.
• Identify clinically appropriate residential providers to support member treatment goals.
• Manage referral progress, distribute referrals, and document facility activities.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes, providers, and partners to submit required clinical information.
• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to promote timely access to care.
• Serve as primary contact for residential providers and internal stakeholders.
• Respond quickly to disruptions or denials by coordinating alternatives.
• Participate in utilization management rounds and case reviews to support team discussions.
