Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to coordinate admissions for out-of-home residential services and to act as a liaison among utilization management, residential providers, and care teams. You will ensure timely access to appropriate treatment settings and support complex facility challenges.

The role requires clinical knowledge, strong organization, and the ability to build relationships across provider networks and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with behavioral health systems or care coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic documentation systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment referrals and admissions for out-of-home behavioral health services.
• Identify most clinically appropriate residential providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage referral processes, track responses, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes, providers, and community partners to ensure timely submission of clinical information.
• Monitor referral statuses and facility timelines to promote timely access to care.
• Serve as primary contact for residential providers and internal stakeholders.
