Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to support the utilization management department by coordinating out-of-home residential treatment admissions. You will liaise with internal teams, residential providers, and community partners to ensure timely access to appropriate, high-quality treatment settings.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent organization, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across provider networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with Arizona behavioral health system or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment facility referrals and admissions for members approved for out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment.
• Identify clinically appropriate participating residential treatment providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage the residential referral process and maintain accurate documentation of facility activities.
• Communicate with behavioral health homes, treating providers, and community partners to ensure timely submission of clinical information.
• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to promote timely access to care.
