Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to support admissions for out-of-home residential services. You will liaise with utilization management teams, residential providers, and care management staff to ensure timely access to treatment settings.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge and organizational skills, with collaboration across provider networks and multidisciplinary teams to address facility disruptions and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a behavioral health related field.
• 2+ years of experience with Arizona behavioral health system or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment referrals and admissions for out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment.
• Identify clinically appropriate participating residential treatment providers to support the member's treatment goals.
• Manage the residential referral process and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes, treating providers, and community partners to ensure timely submission of clinical information.
• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to promote timely access to care.
• Serve as primary contact for residential treatment providers and internal stakeholders.
