Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment referrals and admissions for members across multiple levels of care.
• Identify clinically appropriate participating residential providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage referral process, track responses, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes and providers to ensure timely submission of information.
• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to minimize delays in care.
• Serve as primary contact for residential treatment providers and internal stakeholders.
