Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Arizona behavioral health system and network operations.
• Proficiency with Excel and electronic documentation systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment referrals and admissions for out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment.
• Identify clinically appropriate participating providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage referral process and maintain accurate documentation of facility activities.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes, treating providers, and community partners for timely information.
• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to promote timely access to care.
• Serve as primary contact for residential treatment providers and internal stakeholders.
