Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to support admissions for out-of-home behavioral health residential services. You will coordinate referrals, monitor provider responses, and collaborate with care teams to ensure timely access to appropriate treatment settings.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to build cross-functional relationships across networks and teams in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a behavioral health related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Arizona behavioral health system or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Arizona.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel) and electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment facility referrals and admissions for members in residential care.
• Identify clinically appropriate residential providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage referral process, track responses, and document facility activities.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes, providers and partners to ensure timely submission of clinical information.
• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to promote timely access to care.
