CVS Health seeks a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to manage admissions and referrals for out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment, coordinating with utilization management teams, homes, providers, and care management to ensure timely access to quality settings.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to work across provider networks to support seamless service delivery and timely reviews. Travel to Arizona may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Arizona behavioral health system or similar network operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel) and electronic documentation systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Arizona.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate residential treatment facility referrals and admissions for members approved for out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment.
• Identify clinically appropriate participating residential treatment providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage the referral process, including distribution of referrals and tracking provider responses.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes, treating providers, and community partners to ensure timely submission of required clinical information.
• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to promote timely access to care.
• Serve as primary point of contact for providers and internal stakeholders regarding coordination needs.
• Respond to facility disruptions or changes by identifying alternative treatment options.
• Participate in utilization management rounds and interdisciplinary case reviews.
