CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to manage admissions and referrals for out-of-home residential care. You will liaise with utilization management teams, residential providers, and care management staff to ensure timely access to appropriate treatment settings.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across networks and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Arizona behavioral health system and related operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) and electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment facility referrals and admissions for out-of-home behavioral health services.
• Identify clinically appropriate participating residential providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage referral processes, track responses, and maintain documentation of facility activities.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes, providers, and community partners to ensure timely submission of clinical information.
• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to minimize delays in care.
• Serve as primary contact for residential providers and internal stakeholders.
