CVS Health Corporation is hiring a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to oversee referrals and admissions for out-of-home residential treatment. You will collaborate with behavioral health homes, providers, and care teams to ensure timely, quality care and smooth facility operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders. Travel up to 10% within Arizona is expected.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and electronic documentation systems.
Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health or related field.
Willingness to travel up to 10% within Arizona.

Responsibilities

Coordinate residential treatment facility referrals and admissions for members in out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment.
Identify clinically appropriate participating residential providers based on treatment needs.
Maintain documentation of facility activities and referral progress.
Collaborate with behavioral health homes and providers to ensure timely submission of clinical information.
