Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to manage admissions for out-of-home behavioral health services. You will liaise between utilization management teams, residential treatment providers, care management, and external partners to ensure timely access to appropriate treatment settings.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to build cross-functional relationships across provider networks. 40 hours weekly, full time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with behavioral health systems, networks, and community resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and electronic documentation.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within the job geography.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment referrals and admissions across levels of care.
• Identify clinically appropriate residential providers to support member goals.
• Manage referral process, track responses and document activities.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes, providers, and partners for timely clinical info.
• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to minimize delays.
• Serve as main contact for providers and internal stakeholders about coordination needs.
