The coordinator will partner with behavioral health homes, residential providers, care management, and internal departments to ensure timely access to appropriate treatment and to manage complex facility

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in Arizona behavioral health system and related resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and electronic documentation systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Arizona.

• Coordinate residential treatment facility referrals and admissions for members.
• Identify clinically appropriate residential providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage the residential referral process and document facility activities.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes, providers, and community partners for timely information.

• Serve as primary contact for residential providers and internal stakeholders.
