Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to implement and interpret program objectives and policies.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with patients.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients, observe behaviors, and report findings to clinical staff.
• Maintain daily schedules and transport coordination.
• Complete daily logs and forms accurately and on time.
• Provide patient observation rounds and monitor activities during shifts.
• Facilitate recreational outings and pro-social coping skills.
• Ensure wellbeing and a positive, structured environment.
• Assist with orientation of new admissions and discharge planning.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and support clinical/medical staff as needed.
