Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC in Loveland, CO is seeking a Recovery Technician for a full-time swing shift (Thu–Sat, 2pm–12:30am). You will help maintain patient safety and support a multidisciplinary treatment team in a busy behavioral health setting.

The role requires 1+ year of relevant experience, strong English communication, and a valid driver's license. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour plus shift differential, with benefits included for a growing West Coast provider.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients and relay observations to clinical staff.
• Maintain daily schedules and patient transport logistics.
• Assist with treatments, education groups, and activity sessions.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and a positive milieu.
• Document care and outcomes per policies.
