Qualifications

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge and skills in English usage, interpersonal relationships and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to implement and interpret department programs, goals, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients and communicate observations to clinical staff.
• Maintain daily schedules and transport times.
• Provide patient observation rounds and monitor activities and behaviors.
• Assist with transportation of patients to and from facilities.
• Support treatment planning and discharge planning with the team.
• Promote a positive, structured environment and ensure patient wellbeing.
