Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking an Recovery Technician for a full-time swing shift at our Loveland, CO facility. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety, implement care plans, and support daily programming both onsite and in the community.

The role emphasizes active patient observation, timely documentation, and collaboration with clinical staff to enhance outcomes and the patient experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication skills and English usage.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures of the department.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with patients.
• Knowledge of local geographic area for routing.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to ensure patient rights, safety, and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients and communicate observations to clinical staff.
• Maintain daily schedules and transportation planning.
• Provide patient observation rounds and supervise activities during shifts.
• Support recreational outings and pro-social coping skills.
• Assist with patient needs and coordinate with clinical staff.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and structured environment.
• Document information per policies and procedures.
• Assist with orientation of new admissions.
• Assist with emergency responses and safety protocols.
