Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a Recovery Technician to support safety and wellbeing of patients across a multidisciplinary team. The role involves direct and indirect patient care, participating in programming and care plans, and maintaining a structured milieu across on-site and community activities.

Qualifications include 1+ year of relevant work experience, valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience in care or service roles.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and policies with professional boundaries.
• Ability to organize priorities and maintain safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients and report observations to clinical staff.
• Maintain daily schedules and supervision during transport and activities.
• Document daily logs, forms, and patient care information accurately.
• Provide patient observation rounds and support pro-social activities.
• Assist with treatment planning, discharge planning, and education sessions.
• Ensure confidentiality and uphold HIPAA and facility policies.
