Job summary

Northpoint Washington is seeking a Recovery Technician to support patient safety and wellbeing in an adult inpatient setting in Edmonds, WA. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, perform direct and indirect care, and help implement care plans and structured activities across shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and relay significant observations to clinical staff.

• Support treatment team with observation rounds and activities.
• Assist with orientation of new admissions and discharge planning.
• Ensure safety, de-escalation, and confidentiality in all interactions.
