Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field or related discipline.
• Must meet North Carolina Qualified Professional (QP) requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance use treatment, or related human services settings.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with ability to travel within assigned service areas.

Responsabilidades

• Developing, reviewing, updating, and approving Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) in line with regulatory and payer requirements.
• Reviewing clinical assessments and diagnosing, identifying strengths/needs, and updating PCPs and treatment goals.
• Completing initial and ongoing service authorizations and ensuring medical necessity and payer compliance.
• Coordinating care with treatment teams, schools, healthcare providers, and community partners.
• Providing direct behavioral health and substance use services to individuals and families.
• Monitoring progress and adapting interventions based on client needs and outcomes.
