• Minimum 2 years of post-Master's supervised clinical experience.
• Experience in crisis de-escalation and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with NC Medicaid policies and PCP rules.
• Valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and organization; compassionate demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain PCPs and care strategies.
• Deliver substance abuse interventions, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, and daily living skills.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety plans.
• Coordinate referrals and community resources.
• Maintain audit-ready clinical documentation in EHR.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and supervision sessions.
