RHA Health Services is hiring a Qualified Professional to provide support for individuals with mental health and substance use challenges across home, school, workplace and community settings.

The role emphasizes recovery, skill-building and independence, with supervision as needed. A Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field plus relevant experience is required, along with professional licensure or registration where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements of a Qualified Professional.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services field & 2+ years full-time experience with population served.
• Bachelor's degree (Not Human Services field) & 4+ years full-time experience with population served.
• Master's Degree or Higher & 1+ years full-time experience with population served.
• License, Provisional License, Certificate, Registration, Permit issued by governing board regulating human service profession.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to individuals with mental health and/or substance use issues in home, school, workplace and community settings.
• Focus is on assisting individuals with living independently with interventions that promote recovery and higher quality of life.
• Facilitating relationships and acting as a link between individuals served, the company, family, guardians and community.
• Minimizing effects of psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence that interfere with daily living.
• Supporting client in development of daily living, social, adaptation and behavior management skills.
• Performing Case Management functions of linking and arranging for services and referrals.
• Collaborating with clinical staff to maintain communication and streamlined procedures.
