RHA Health Services is seeking a Qualified Professional for Behavioral Health Urgent Care during the Night shift. This role delivers support to individuals with mental health and substance use challenges across residential, school, workplace and community settings, with supervision and a path to recovery and community integration.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (or related field) with 2+ years full-time experience, or a Master’s degree with 1+ year experience;

Qualificações

• Requires Bachelor’s degree (Human Services field) or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred for certain roles.
• Licenses/registrations as required by governing board for human service profession.

Responsabilidades

• Provides support to individuals with mental health and/or substance use issues in home, school, workplace and community settings.
• Interventions are strength-based, focused on recovery, symptom reduction, increased coping skills, and functioning.
• Facilitates relationships and acts as a link between individuals served, family/guardians, local agencies and the community.
• Minimizes negative effects of psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence that interfere with daily living and personal development.
• Supports clients in developing daily living and community skills, including socialization, adaptation, and behavior management.
• Performs Case Management functions of linking and arranging for services and referrals.
